WE ARE LIGHT BEINGS LIVING A HUMAN EXPERIENCE"

How do we feel this in our body? There are many ways to find we are energy and feel it. Some with disbelief, some knowing it is just an inexplicable knowing within very hard to put in to words.

Scientist proof of energy in our body comes from the atoms and its components, how they stay together and form matter. Knowing also that the universe seen by the naked eye is made of the same thing... The same Energy.

Just my perspective... Let it sink and tell me ...

As we are all made of the same thing, imagine...
If all the matter seen by the naked eye, starts getting looser, more flexible, flowing with the energy of the "IT IS, JUST IS" would you say we are all One?

That's the first step, you have already accepted there is something you want to change therefore it started changing already and it's on it's way. We just need to see the signs. Work on ourselves everyday and for me this opened up one new perspective. Clearing a limiting belief...

And he asked you need to take it away because you think it comes from the outside ? And she shonks her shoulders...
So He proceeds, anger, fear is like the mud, is dark, is sticky - you sink, and it is necessary.

Because in that darkness the lotus flowers grow.

EARTH DAY IT IS - What are we doing to connect with mother earth today?

A bit of grounding ? A bit of tree hugging? Working the land and gardening? A beautiful offering to appreciate her support and care for us to still be here and be able to breathe? Greeted our birds, animals, plants, mountains, waters and rocks?

Have we started recycling?
Reducing plastic and non-recyclable items ?
Stopped littering?
Support an association looking after the well-being of the planet?
So many more little things we could implement right ?
Joining the food scraps council initiative to compost your food waste? Doing your own compost perhaps?

By respecting Mother Earth we respect Ourselves

Do the little things that count

Separate waste (even a little goes miles ahead for our future)

Don't litter, keep it in your pocket until you get home

Reduce water waste

Grow food if you can

Buy unwrapped food at the supermarkets

Compost

Buy clothes you need, use hand me downs, give clothes away to others in need while they are in wearable condition

Reduce power waste

Walk in nature and acknowledge there living beings around you, a plant,.a tree is a living being.

Re use, recycle, re purpose

Remove from your house the clutter

Start slow but start today it will shift your energy to higher frequency as you begin walking into the direction earth is needed. By helping out your environment (earth, house, family, friends...) you help inwards.

Connection grounding peace Source tranquility pure breath knowledge window to other possibilities were only some of the messages I felt while cocooning in this magnificent Amethyst Cave at Byron bay Australia not long ago.

Taking these moments to slow down and do things we love and feel special to our Self is a must do. The energy that ignites within, the change in our hormones due to the feelings of excitement, contentment, love and care boost our immune system letting us bring and expand that frequency in our body and around us. And enhance the effect of healing within to shine your light

There are ways to do this at all times which I share in my Sacred Senses Approach sessions. A mini tip... Connect to a joyful moment in the past, breath through your nose three times with your eyes closed. Open your eyes, breathe three times more keeping the memory alive. And finally three more breaths being or saying our loud thank you (3x)

The smile of your face releases the endorphins the body requires to shift the moment present of lack to a moment of pure bliss opening a gate to new possibilities.
