I am a small batch soap-creator based in Invercargill, creating beautiful and fragrant soaps in my kitchen. I can quote for 800g and 1200g custom loaves.

Most of my botanicals are sourced right from my garden. All of my soaps are palm-oil free and are wrapped with sustainable, low-waste packaging. p made with my own breast-milk and loved it! We take 200ml of your breast milk, combine with with natural oils and lye to make a gentle and nourishing soap perfect for your little one's skin. The high fat content and natural sugars make the soap soft, creamy and nourishing. This is the perfect was to use up that liquid gold in your freezer. If breast milk isn't your thing I also make a baby soap coconut milk instead.

Yesterday was incredible, the support from my local customers was humbling and people even came with lists!
The clear top sellers yesterday were

❤️🤍 strawberry and cream

You guys had me super late to bed though as I spent a long time restocking the lotions too but nothing a coffee can’t fix!

There’s so many fun things to do and the 9 year old has already found out.

No AI around here! I’m not a fan of the constant barrage of AI products on my Facebook feed, it feels so…effortless and uncreative just to pop a brief description in Chat GPT.

Instead, I prefer to spend heaps of time making a mess on my kitchen table 🥴 but I reckon it’s heaps of fun (plus I get to eat the crème brûlée)

It’s a change in season and it’s got me reflecting on the direction of my business for 2026 and there’s a couple of wee changes coming up.

One of my core values when I started was to be palm-oil free which is something I will stick by. However the eye watering price increases of cocoa butter and olive oil has made me redesign my recipe. I want to keep the $10 price point and not have any shrinkflation.

My tallow soap is the top seller on my website and it creates such a lovely hard and creamy soap, so from here on my base recipe will contain 10% of locally sourced tallow. It’s the same scents and designs, just a slightly new mix.

I thought I would be sad about taking cocoa butter out of my base recipe but to be honest, I like this new one better anyway! Plus the olive oil is allowed to stay, even if I flinch ever time I buy it 😆

Here's an AI trend I can get behind because it makes me look 1000x better than I feel this week before Christmas! Scary how an image can be created within 2 minutes from my couch.
The orders are still coming in and orders can be available for pick up all the way through until Christmas Eve- perfect for those last minute gifts.
