Five days of Breath - Day 5

Tonight’s breath

🌀Physiological Sigh or
🌀Double Sip Flush

Another simple yet powerful breath

Inhale through your nose
Sip in a second inhale on top
Exhale long and slow through the mouth

You might feel tingling through your pineal gland, crown, diaphragm and arms

The second inhale is like a little top-up breath
It helps fully open the lungs
🌬️more air can get in
Which allows for
🌬️more effective exhale

This breath helps to calm your nervous system by activating the parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest)

Inhale through your nose
Hold at the top briefly
Exhale with an audible sound
Drag the sigh and allow the vibration

✨ Day 3 of 5 days of breath ✨

This is circular breath 🌬️
Inhale and exhale through the mouth

Circular breath has no pauses between inhale and exhale 🌀

✔️An activating breath
⬆️Beneficial for up regulating the body
🍃Detoxifying stagnant energy

You might feel light headed, if this is your first time practicing. Take time to sit with your body and listen to the subtleties
You may sense the energy moving through your limbs.
This is energy being activated and moved.

Day 2 of 5 days of breath as I move toward my solar return ✨

Today’s practice: 4–7–8 breathing Inhale to the count of 4, hold for 7, exhale to the count of 8 🌬️

I’m feeling a little tired today… so this is exactly the kind of practice I’m leaning into.
A gentle way to slow everything down and invite the body into rest 💤

Inhale… hold… and then a long, grounding exhale that tells your nervous system “I am safe to soften”

This breath helps to
✨slow be a busy mind
✨calm the body before sleep
✨support deep rest when energy feels low
