Working out on the terrace of my cave hotel with fairy chimneys in the background has to be one of the coolest places I’ve ever trained. ✨
One thing I always remind my clients is that fitness isn’t something you switch on and off.
It’s not something you do at home and then forget about when you’re travelling.
It’s a lifestyle.
That doesn’t mean smashing yourself in the gym every day or following the perfect plan. It means finding ways to keep moving your body wherever you are, even if it’s just a resistance band workout on a terrace in Cappadocia.
The goal isn’t perfection.
The goal is staying connected to the habits that make you feel your best.
This lower body workout included:
🍑Banded squats
🍑Banded reverse lunges
🍑Banded pop squats
🍑Fast step-ups
🍑Glute-focused step-ups
🍑Crab walks
🍑Curtsy lunges
🍑Banded glute kickbacks
4 sets x 15 reps per exercise (each leg where applicable).
