Working out on the terrace of my cave hotel with fairy chimneys in the background has to be one of the coolest places I’ve ever trained. ✨

One thing I always remind my clients is that fitness isn’t something you switch on and off.

It’s not something you do at home and then forget about when you’re travelling.

It’s a lifestyle.

That doesn’t mean smashing yourself in the gym every day or following the perfect plan. It means finding ways to keep moving your body wherever you are, even if it’s just a resistance band workout on a terrace in Cappadocia.

The goal isn’t perfection.

The goal is staying connected to the habits that make you feel your best.

This lower body workout included:

🍑Banded squats
🍑Banded reverse lunges
🍑Banded pop squats
🍑Fast step-ups
🍑Glute-focused step-ups
🍑Crab walks
🍑Curtsy lunges
🍑Banded glute kickbacks

4 sets x 15 reps per exercise (each leg where applicable).

Cappadocia… you completely blew my mind 🤍!

This morning was one of the most magical experiences I’ve ever had. A 4:25am start, picked up in the dark, and everything from beginning to end was so unbelievably well organised and safe.

There was a cute breakfast waiting, the whole setup felt calm and seamless, and you could just tell you were in very good hands. Watching all the balloons being prepared as the sun slowly started to rise already felt surreal. We got to see the first flight up in the air which was surreal!

And then the flight itself… just wow. Floating over Cappadocia as the sky changed colour is something I’ll never forget. I’m actually scared of heights, but I felt completely safe the entire time.

Landing was just as special medals, a champagne breakfast, strawberries, and the cutest celebration to end the experience.

Honestly one of those bucket list mornings that doesn’t even feel real now I’m back on the ground.

If you’re ever in Cappadocia, this is your sign to do it and I genuinely couldn’t recommend Royal Balloons more. Everything was next level from start to finish 🤍

Nobody talks about this part of success...The sacrifices.

Not the big dramatic ones. The small daily choices that nobody sees.

I’m currently travelling the world for months, but one thing that doesn’t change is my commitment to my goals.

That’s why you’ll find me carrying a protein shake around Cappadocia while everyone else is grabbing snacks.

Not because I have to.

Because I choose to.

The people who achieve lasting results aren’t perfect. They simply make more decisions that align with the life they want to create.

You don’t need to give up everything you enjoy.

You just need enough structure to stay consistent, even when life gets busy, you’re travelling, or motivation disappears.

That’s how results become a lifestyle rather than another short-term phase.

🚨Still starting over every Monday?

If you’re constantly “getting back on track”, it’s usually not a motivation problem it’s a structure problem.

Here are 3 things that will help you stop falling off the wagon:

✅ 1. Structure with nutrition
Have a plan. Focus on getting more fruit and vegetables into your day to increase fibre, nutrients and fullness. The more satisfied you feel, the easier it is to stay consistent.

✅ 2. Structure with training
Schedule your workouts and treat them like appointments. Lock them in and show up.

✅ 3. Accountability
Whether it’s a friend, training buddy or coach, having someone in your corner makes a huge difference when motivation dips.

Consistency beats perfection every single time.

Lauren’s journey is proof that small steps can lead to huge changes. ✨

She started with my 8 Week Challenge and lost 5kg, gaining confidence, energy and momentum along the way.

Instead of stopping there, she rolled straight into 1:1 coaching and kept showing up for herself. Before her wedding day, she had lost an incredible 13kg. 💍

One thing she wishes she had done? Taken proper starting photos.

At the beginning, she wasn’t comfortable documenting where she was at. Looking back now, she wishes she had those photos to truly see how far she’s come.

Most people keep switching programs when they don’t see fast results and that’s exactly what stops progress.

Keep it simple:
💪Same plan for 8-12 weeks
💪Add reps or weight each week if possible
💪Train legs 2x weekly for actual shape change
