I had two babies 2 years apart and I did almost everything differently the second time.

Not because the first was a disaster, it wasn't. But I went in the first time hoping someone would tell me what to do, and I went in the second time knowing I was allowed to ask.

That's the whole difference. Everything in these slides comes from that.
