Some days you'll feel like you've got this. Other days you'll feel like you're starting from scratch.
Both belong.
When you're recovering from something hard, a setback, an injury, a stressful stretch of life, it's tempting to think there's a right way to feel. That once you're better, you stay better. But that isn't how bodies or minds actually work.
You can be healing and struggling at the same time. You can have made real progress and still have a day that knocks you flat. None of that means you've gone backwards.
Be kind to yourself in the in-between.
The grace you give yourself on the hard days is part of how you keep going.
