Janine Fenelon Design A designer's contribution to a home extends beyond the aesthetics of the space, as good design influences the way we live and feel.

Working with you, it is my intention to create a home, kitchen, bathroom or living space that allows you to live well. As a designer, I find beauty in the small details of life – the laughter lines on a friendly face, exquisite colours in a kotare’s plumage, the velvety softness of a full-blown peony and the soft curves of a paper clip. I am energised and inspired by provocative and heartfelt conv

ersations. I live life with courage and hope, maintaining a healthy work-life balance, understanding the value of family, friends and community. The smell of ripe peaches, the sound of children’s laughter, the fresh taste of coriander, and the play of light across the waves at dusk fill me with awe and wonderment. I find peace walking at the ocean and in the Taranaki back country, meditating and playing the piano. And I anticipate the road that lies before me with a light step and a realistic optimism.
