Te Whakaora ↠ The Cure Te Whakaora was born from my own healing. It was then that I discovered Joe Rogan’s podcast with Wim Hof.

As a certified Wim Hof instructor, business adviser, and personal development coach in New Plymouth, New Zealand, I help people take control of their health, sharpen their focus and move forward with purpose. When I was 35, I was facing a $5,000 operation because of tonsillitis and was constantly getting sick (at least 5 to 6 times a year) since my mid teens due to hep B. Wim’s claims seemed extra

ordinary, claiming that anyone could do it. I had nothing to lose and everything to gain, so I became dedicated to learning and practicing his method. Ever since, my tonsillitis has cured itself and I’ve had no symptoms of any other illness either. I have been a dedicated practitioner for several years now and in that time I have changed my career path by studying business, becoming a business adviser, life coach and breath work instructor. Recognizing a real need for personal guidance in health & wellbeing, life & business, (especially in this current climate) inspired the creations of Te Whakaora Ltd.

A beautiful way to release tension, calm the nervous system, and prepare your body and mind for deeper work.

✨ 6:00 – 6:45 pm: Breathwork + Live Sound Bath
This is where the magic happens. Kara’s healing sounds will weave through the breathwork, guiding you into a profound state of calm, clarity, and transformation.
