I join Sept 1st 2008, started on ww coach desk in 2009 and a fully fledged coach since then
30 kgs maintained and a full tine advocate for weight watchers and what we stand for
Its not all about weightloss ...its about behaviour change, self loving and acceptance and what we GAIN in our lives

I find you so positive and supportive You are a very good listener and have helpful constructive ideas .
