While my intention was to populate according to entry criteria the more I read into your stories the more I was challenged, truly believing you are all beyond deserving - I was so touched and equally overwhelmed by the sacrifice, tenacity, aroha and manaakitanga each and everyone of you have shown in your role as providers, nurturers and protectors of our taonga o te apōpō❤

No reira, I changed it up e te whānau cause if I could, I would honour you all. I enter all who tagged & all those who were tagged, regardless of instructions...

🐚WAHINE O TE MOANA🐚

Had the privilege of holding space this past weekend for a beautiful collective of Wahine Māori who all have a shared resonance.

What stood out for me was even though for a good percentage of them this was an introductory wananga for this kaupapa of sorts, there was such a beautiful hononga amongst them! These wahine, the majority meeting their new sisterhood for the first time felt held, protected and safe in their collective . It was a little surreal to realise and I was honoured to witness it - Nōku te maringinui❤️

I lost count how many, but everyone of them, courageous enough to climb onto my tepu on the whenua of Ngati Tapu before moving into Tapukino at Waikari Marae in Matapihi acknowledged themselves, whakapapa and tupuna with indigenous Māori bodywork before being softened, subtley and intentionally with Te Rau Aroha Alignment...

I shared my feedback with their pou-whakahaere who created more than a space of empowering Wahine of all cultures in their pukenga on the moana, but moreso...

"Having a beautifully diverse rōpu of wahine who felt embraced, safe a free to release, surrender and relinquish... its powerful"!

Thank you all for having me and my massive banquet of spoils for my entire whanau! Its the midnight splurges of crays, kina & tio and waking up to kutai, patiki and more crays for parakuihi for me! Love you my cuzz Tash Beazley ❤️

Been a bit quiet over here and I cant even say why. Heoi, we have landed gracefully back into the space and continue to adapt and evolve, such is the times...

I have been immersing myself in all things growth with what resonates for me and supports where I am and what I want to be doing better. As such i have adjusted my clinic days to reflect this and have dedicated days to my own personal learnings.

I am currently available in the Arohi clinic

❗️ ALL WEEK EXCEPT THURSDAYS ❗️

Hours are typically 9.30 - 5pm but this is also flexible. On the odd occasion, if there is a need and I am not committed to any kaupapa or my whānau we can explore weekends if that is better suited.

Like all things, change is on the horizon and inevitable but for the meantime, heres where you'll find me...

I have a few space next week Mon, Wed & Fri so if there is a calling, as always, pm mai e te iwi....

Theres a eerie heaviness today, a sombre ahua blanketting the motu. It is quiet, the hub is unbusied, the streets are empty, theres ample parking. The cafes are lined with people in hi-vis jackets, not families out for coffees and lunch, noticeably not many sporting their active wear, getting their steps in. The beach is empty, the crowds have dissipated, theres no one in the water and yet as silenced as the community is, theres the constant reverberation of helicopter hovering around.

It only seemed fitting that the days started with a kawakawa release into Tangaroa, a release of tears, a tuku mihi and karakia to all affected.

At Ngātahi, we support people from those new to holistic care to those already on their healing journey. Our focus is to create a space that restores balance and strengthens the connection between people, whenua, and wellbeing.

Two thirds of the crew are officially back on board in clinic from Monday - Friday, with the odd Saturday when its required. Phase one for 2026 is a very intentional one and we're doing whats needed both in our Mount and Kirikiriroa clinic for both kiritaki and selves.

Fortunately our hoa tata Kimberly joins our collective and brings her soft yet certain practice into the space regularly up until April when we move into the next wahanga o te tau. Awhina and I will both be mostly based in the Mount throughout the week with the exception of our regular Waikato haerenga.

We’ve also teamed up with multiple external providers, and as the Uni semester begins, we anticipate bringing on additional support.

I am officially still in "holiday mode" until Mon 19th but my calendar is live and spaces are filling for that week. I say that while Im off to hold space with my Pirirakau whanau this week. February sees me step out every Thursday to be able to pursue my raranga aspirations.

Shes not even that hectic, just doing us to ensure growth and balance all round...
