People think wellness practitioners have it all together, truthfully a lot of us built this work from our own healing….

My journey into this field began with a deeply personal struggle - one that changed my life and led me to open Gutsy Colon Hydrotherapy and offer the services that I do.

5 years ago I become seriously ill due to mold toxicity, despite countless visits to doctors and specialists I could not find the answers or relief I desperately needed.

A single mum who was bedridden with chronic fatigue syndrome I began I quest to heal myself, many weeks and months of trying different things I soon discovered Colon Hydrotherapy and this treatment ultimately bought me back to life.

It clicked. Detoxifying was the missing piece, I had tried every supplement and so many different medications which ultimately had me feeling worse. Detoxing my body was key to healing and ultimately regaining my life back.

I am extremely passionate about detoxification which is why I opened my clinic Gutsy Colon Hydrotherapy, I want to help and support as many people as I can and simply bring awareness to clients that sometimes healing is about releasing, letting go and ultimately detoxifying the body of toxins, emotions and memories that no longer support the version of ourselves we are becoming.
