We live in a world of immediacy, where almost anything can be ordered today and arrive tomorrow.

We don’t believe something as significant as a home should be reduced to what happens to be sitting on the lot.

Whether it’s somewhere to live, escape to, invest in, or one day pass on — it deserves the time to be considered.

Our progressive approach to building means that consideration doesn’t require a lengthy build — our homes are built off-site in around three to four months.

May, a month of progress.

From frames going up and roofs going on, to cladding taking shape and homes moving closer to completion, there was plenty happening across every stage of the build journey.

June has arrived, bringing with it the slightly uncomfortable realisation that Christmas isn’t that far away 👀

With most of our homes taking around 12–16 weeks to build, the conversations happening today could shape where families are spending Christmas.

For some, that journey is already underway.
And for others, it might just be getting started 💭

A moment for the mighty Mohaka.

Named after the Mohaka River — a river that winds through the heart of Hawke’s Bay before meeting the Pacific. Mohaka is often interpreted as “place for dancing”.

For a four-bedroom family home, the meaning feels fitting. A home that will one day be filled with energy, rhythm, laughter, and the everyday moments that shape family life.
