Plese know this is not a comprehensive first aid corse it's just how to look after yourself if u get injured
You will Not come home with a first aid cert

Want to learn some basic first aid skills in a friendly, accessible, and disability-led environment?

Come join us for our free Basic First Aid Workshop!

⏰ Time: 11:00am–12:30pm
📍 Location: Hancock Community House
👥 For disabled people aged 18–35
💲 Cost: FREE

You will learn about:
✅ CPR and chest compressions
✅ Sprains
✅ Cuts and wounds
✅ When to call 111
✅ When and how to get help

🎁 Everyone will go home with a basic first aid kit to keep!

⚠️ Places are limited to 20 people.

This is our regular core group meeting, but just at a different location.
