My mantra for the second half of 2026?

✨ Live audaciously ✨

For me, living audaciously is knowing what I want and saying, why NOT me?

Believing this from a place of true self-worth, not arrogance.

It means asking for opportunities, taking up space, speaking confidently about my work and myself. It means believing that I bloody deserve it and I’m good enough!!!

I want to stop waiting for someone else to give me permission. I want to stop disqualifying myself before the world has a chance to. I want to risk failure and stop staying small.

The people who are living their dreams are the ones who have the audacity to go after them.

I think it’s time we did, too.

This could not be more representative of the work I do.

I help people find the balance between loving and accepting who they are right now, whilst also supporting them to become and achieve everything they hope for.

Ahhh, the paradox of it all.

Most of us believe we’ll finally feel worthy when we get there.

When we find the relationship.
When we make more money.
When we lose the weight.
When we get the promotion.
When people recognise us, choose us, validate us.

We’re constantly trying to earn the feeling that we’re enough.

But if your worth is always waiting for the next achievement, you’ll spend your whole life chasing it.

The work isn’t giving up on your goals.

The work is learning that your worth doesn’t live inside them.

The answer you’re looking for isn’t out there.

It’s within you.

At some point, the work becomes less about collecting evidence that you’re worthy and more about working on the relationship you have with yourself.

My group coaching program, Lighthouse, can help.

Lighthouse isn’t just more information on building a healthy relationship with yourself. It’s structure, accountability, and a space where you get to work on knowing yourself better, along other likeminded women.

I probably won’t even win.

I’ll wait til I have time to make my entry perfect.

I’ll do it tomorrow.

There’s someone more deserving.

It’s not the right time (it’s never the right time).

… sound familiar?
