CALM mornings are so important to my Nervous System ❤️
No Rushing
No Hustling
No Drama
No Loud Noises
No Stress
I used to wake up to my screeching alarm clock (hungover most days) drag myself out of bed feeling like crap, SO tired, and so lackluster.
My heart would begin to race thinking of all the things I had to do, and how little time I had to do them!
I'd rush around like a crazy person doing breakfasts, school lunches, getting ready before jumping in the car and racing to school drop off, and racing to get to work on time.....
Now I give myself the GIFT of space in the mornings 🙏
✅️ I wake up without an alarm clock.
✅️ Give myself 20mins to listen to my Meditation music. 🥰
✅️ I slowly wake up, make my bed, before going downstairs and starting the morning jobs.
✅️ I now have enough time to do EVERYTHING slowly with no rush or hustle. Only calmness is happening in my mornings.
My days go much more smoothly now that I do not start them with stress and a racing heart.
I wake up a lot earlier now, because of what I do the day and night before 🎁
👉I go to bed much earlier than I used to
👉No alcohol
👉Blue light blocker on my phone
👉Never watch anything scary or stressful
👉Morning walk in the sun with no sunglasses
👉Lift weights 3-4x per week, stretches every day
👉Full Spectrum Oil, Ltheanine, Rescue Remedy, B-Vitamins, Vitamin C, Zinc, Magnesium. All things that promote sleep, relaxation and lower stress hormones
Giving myself the gift of time and space in the mornings has been life changing for me, life is much, much easier this way and I am grateful ❤️❤️❤️
