This Saturday, I’ll be holding my next Reiki FlowLevel One Training at the beautiful Te Whenua Retreat in Gibbston.

Level One is an invitation to deepen your connection with yourself and with Reiki.

Learn to work with life force energy, strengthen your own energetic connection and use Reiki to support yourself and those around you.

No previous experience is needed, just curiosity and an openness to learn.

The in-person training is followed by online classes and guided practices to continue deepening your connection to Reiki beyond the day itself.

The New Moon invites us to turn inward, clear space and consciously choose what we are ready to call into our lives.

Each month, you’re invited to join me for 𝗟𝘂𝗻𝗮𝗿 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 — a deeply restful Alchemy Crystal Bowl sound bath infused with Reiki and held within the energy of the New Moon.

Set an intention for the coming lunar cycle, then lie back and allow the celestial frequencies of the bowls to move around and through you as the body softens, the mind becomes still and the layers begin to fall away.

Our first gathering will be held on the evening of the September New Moon:

Holding group space is such a particular kind of special experience.

There’s the apprehension as everyone arrives, and a vulnerability in the air. Then, as the day unfolds, I love witnessing the energy begin to soften and each person relax into the experience of being held.

There’s a felt sense of safety and nourishment as each soul settles in, collectively aligning, opening and releasing what is no longer serving.

And then the vibration begins to rise.

I feel it through the room as hearts expand, energy shifts and the group begins to move as one. My senses fill with joy witnessing that collective opening and connection.

Thank you to everyone who joined me for Reiki Reset this past weekend. I’m filled with gratitude to have shared such a beautiful day with you.

And thank you to Jenny, and to the land at Te Whenua Retreat, for holding and hosting us so beautifully.

May we all be blessed with many more experiences like this.

Throughout the day, I’ll gently guide you through:
