Guy it’s been a week! I am exhausted! Being sick and solo parenting is like a wild sport and even though I am getting no medals at the end of this, here are some lessons that I’ll be holding very close to me.

Also, the universe is WILD. I’ve had all my bad lucks accumulated into this week- crashed my car (not badly, just the left mirror), Rajbheer fractured his nose, have had some stressful conversations with people, sick like a dog, then Luna tops it off with a supposed injured paw, had to rush her to the vets but then she starting walking fine. Along with my bank balance, sanity is hanging on with a thread.

But we are smiling through it, because we are staying positive (LOL)

This phase of my life is by far the most painful but it’s also taught me the power of rebuilding and growing. I’ve realised growth isn’t linear when you are rebuilding, there are setbacks, there are moments of pure doubt and the feeling of failure but what sets you apart is when you push on even regardless of these feelings.

Here’s to growth for me, for you and for our sisters 🫶🏻

I went into flo&frankie with a gift card and an intention to spend it. I tried out their dresses that you have probably been eyeing out to see if they looked as good on me as they did on the rack. flo&frankie have some stunning dresses and it was so hard for me to pick a piece!
