The Natural Health Clinic

The Natural Health Clinic I use muscle testing to help identify your hidden blocks to health & wellbeing. These blocks may be Please look at my website for further information.

At The Natural Health Clinic I use muscle testing to find the areas of weakness in the body. This is achieved by using muscle testing to perform a full body scan which includes all organs, glands, joints & any areas of pain by gently touching reflexes on the surface of the body. Through muscle testing we then identify which of these weakened areas is the priority to deal with & what could be the u

nderlying cause of this weakness using the 6 most common stressors. What are the six most common stressors?

1) Food allergies
2) Immune challenges -fungal, viral, bacterial & parasites
3) Heavy metals
4) Chemical toxicity
5) Scars & other interference fields - these block energy flow
6) Nutritional deficiencies - the organ/gland is lacking nutrients for optimal functioning

Based on these findings we use muscle testing to design a individualised nutritional program using natural organic supplements & lifestyle changes. When the underlying causes are identified & removed the body is then more able to heal itself. https://biotrace.co.nz/

🌸 One thing I've noticed recently is the number of people presenting with parasite-related issues.

Many are genuinely surprised.

Parasites aren't something most people ever think about.

Yet over the past few weeks I've seen them show up repeatedly.

What's interesting is that the symptoms can look like lots of other things.

➑️ Fatigue

➑️ Itchy skin

➑️ Digestive issues

➑️ Dizziness

➑️ Changes in appetite

Nothing that automatically makes you think "parasites."

πŸ’™ That's why I always say symptoms are clues.

The challenge isn't guessing.

The challenge is finding out what's actually behind them.

Sometimes people spend months, or even years, trying to manage symptoms without ever discovering what's contributing to them in the first place.

✨ What I've been reminded of lately is how important it is to keep looking for the reason the body is struggling, rather than simply chasing symptoms.

Have parasites ever been something you've considered? 🌸

🌸 Digestive issues aren't random β€” they're information.

Bloating.

Reflux.

Constipation.

Diarrhoea.

Food sensitivities.

These symptoms aren't your body trying to annoy you.

They're clues that something deeper needs your attention.

πŸ’™ One of the biggest mistakes I see is people focusing on the symptom while missing what might be causing it.

The symptom is often the messenger.

What I do is look for what might be acting as the underlying block or barrier to health.

Sometimes it's food sensitivities.

Sometimes it's immune stress from things like parasites, bacteria, viruses, yeast or mould.

Sometimes it's chemical or heavy metal toxicity.

Sometimes it's something else entirely.

✨ When we identify what's getting in the way of your body healing and repairing itself, and support it appropriately, people are often surprised to find that their digestive symptoms begin improving as a result.

Symptoms are information.

The key is understanding what they're trying to tell you. 🌸

🌸 One thing I've noticed this week...

There are some nasty coughs and colds doing the rounds at the moment.

What I've seen a few times recently is people starting to feel better... and then getting knocked down again.

Often it's because they stop supporting their immune system too soon.

As soon as they feel a bit better, the vitamin C stops.

The garlic stops.

The supplements stop.

Eating better stops.

πŸ’™ I often explain it like this:

Imagine your immune system has been working hard fighting off an invader.

The troops have finally started gaining ground.

The tide is turning.

Things are looking better.

Then suddenly all the support gets withdrawn.

The troops are left tired and depleted.

That's often when people find themselves getting sick again or picking up the next bug that's going around.

✨ My suggestion?

When you start feeling better, don't stop everything immediately.

Continue supporting your body for at least another week.

Give your immune system time to rebuild its strength and resilience.

Sometimes the job isn't finished just because the symptoms have improved.

❓Have you noticed there seem to be a lot of coughs and colds doing the rounds at the moment? 🀧🌸

🐢 Many people spend years chasing symptoms.

Different diets.

Different supplements.

Different therapies.

Different advice.

Sometimes they help for a while.

Sometimes they don't.

The problem is that symptoms are often clues that something deeper needs your attention. πŸ’™

What I do is look for what might be acting as an underlying block or barrier to health.

Sometimes it's:

➑️ Food sensitivities

➑️ Immune stress

➑️ Chemical toxins

➑️ Heavy metal toxins

➑️ Scar interference

➑️ Post-viral stress

When we identify what's getting in the way of your body healing and repairing properly, people are often surprised to find that symptoms begin improving as a result. ✨

Instead of constantly chasing symptoms, it can be worth asking:

❓ What is causing them in the first place?

🌸 The symptom isn't always where the problem is.

✨ One thing I've noticed helps people with fatigue

I recently had a client tell me she felt guilty taking 15–20 minutes to lie down during the day.

She felt like she should be doing something more productive.

Looking after the family.

Getting through the to-do list.

Catching up on work.

I said to her:

πŸ’™ "If your phone battery was nearly flat, you'd put it on charge. Why should your body be any different?"

A few weeks later she told me it had become one of the most helpful things she'd added to her day.

Now, I'm not talking about scrolling on your phone.

Or lying on the couch answering emails.

I mean actually resting.

Eyes closed.

No distractions.

No jobs.

No guilt. 🩷

When we're constantly rushing from one thing to the next, the body doesn't get much opportunity to repair and recharge.

Sometimes a short period of proper rest gives the body a chance to catch up.

🌸 You might not go from 5% battery to 100% in one rest.

But every time you stop and recharge, you're adding a little more back into the tank.

Over time, those small top-ups can make a surprisingly big difference.

➑️ Have you ever noticed that a short rest helped more than another coffee?

✨ One thing I've noticed over the years...

The people who improve aren't always the people doing the most.

They're not necessarily taking the most supplements.

They're not following the strictest diet.

And they're usually not trying harder than everyone else. 🩷

More often, they've simply found the right piece of the puzzle.

Many people come into my Richmond office having already tried a lot:

➑️ Different diets

➑️ Different supplements

➑️ Different practitioners

➑️ Different advice

Sometimes they're starting to wonder if this is simply how they're going to feel from now on.

I don't assume that.

I've seen too many people improve once the real barriers to healing are identified. πŸ’™

Sometimes it's:

βœ… A food sensitivity

βœ… Immune stress

βœ… A chemical toxin

βœ… A heavy metal toxin

βœ… An old scar interfering with healing

βœ… Post-viral stress

The body is often trying to tell us something.

The challenge is working out what that message is. 🌸

πŸ’« Have you ever discovered a reason behind a symptom that completely surprised you?

✨ One thing I find fascinating about the body...

The symptom isn't always where the problem is. 🌸

A client came into my Richmond office recently because they had developed frequent urination.

There wasn't significant pain or discomfort, but it didn't feel right either!

No fever.

Nothing obvious that explained why it had suddenly started.

When I checked them using Nutrition Response Testing, the bladder was showing stress, but it wasn't the primary issue.

The body indicated that a chemical toxin was the trigger for the irritation. πŸƒ

Once we supported the body with the appropriate nutritional supplement, the frequent urination settled within a few days. βœ…

Now, does that mean every case of frequent urination is caused by chemical toxins?

Of course not.😁

But it is a good example of why I don't like guessing based only on symptoms.
And how amazing muscle testing isπŸ’œπŸ’™πŸ’š

The challenge is identifying what is actually causing the symptom rather than assuming the symptom itself is the whole problem.

That's one of the reasons I love this work. 🌺

When we know what is really going on, we can support the body properly instead of chasing symptoms and hoping something sticks. πŸ’«

🌸 The 2 AM Wake-up:
Waking between 1 AM – 3 AM is very common right now. In Chinese Medicine, this is "Liver Time"β€”often a sign the body is struggling to process the seasonal toxic load.

Nausea and itchy skin can go hand in hand with this too.

🌸 The "Deep" Seasonal Cough:
Many of the coughs going around are settling deep in the lungs where bugs love to hide in mucus. Clearing that "hiding spot" is key to helping the body fully handle the bug.

Despite these challenges, we are seeing some great results.
Several clients who have been really struggling are now having more energy and feeling like they're finally on the right track.

I look forward to finding more missing puzzle pieces with you all this week!🩷✨
