I’ll be putting up videos of exercises that will play major part in your growth explaining how to perform each exercise witn different techniques from a safety and growth point of view.
Here we have 2 different clips of myself performing a deadlift one with shoes and a weight belt, 2nd one without the belt & no shoes.
A weight belt is there to help support your back if you were to lift twice your weight size it assist the back and also helps brace the core. Weight belts are best suited for body builders or people building mass muscle.
Wondering why I’m not wearing shoes in the 2nd clip. You generate more force from the ground to your feet which then sends force through your calves straight to your gluetes versus wearing shoes you won’t have much of a contraction compared to your foot connecting directly with the ground 🤔
Always lock in your arms so you can gain better control on the upwards phase shoulder feet shoulder width apart, Straight back squeezing glutes on the hold phase, Do not over hype the movement it does nothing.
