What if you’re not actually being forgotten… what if you’ve been hiding so deeply that no one knows how to find you? 🌹

And so it hasn’t felt safe enough to fully receive support, to let anyone in or to let herself out.

The forgotten girl.

The one who made herself physically & energetically small, so no one would notice her.

But later on in life it didn’t matter where she moved to, the friends that she had made.
She still felt that she was easily forgotten.

The frustration, resentment, bitterness grew & overtime created a shield to protect her heart.

So no one could get in, no one could see her.

And yet she still wondered why it’s gone quiet?
Where is everyone?

The conundrum of it’s not safe to let anyone in or to put herself out there.

What she really forgot was the connection to herself.

Her truth, desires, passions, delights, & pleasures.

What she really was yearning for was to:
•Release the stuck emotions
• Create trust in her body
• Dissolve the stories in the mind
• Let the shield around her heart melt away

For her radiance to shine brightly from within & around her.

Her way forward is to journey within, her body, her heart, & her soul.

As she begins her Breath Queen - 6 Month journey she truly starts to know, see, & feel the woman, queen, goddess that she is. A deep awakening starts to rise from her womb & heart.

By the end of this journey she can expect to:

My body told me to slow down.
So I’m listening to her.

Today was supposed to be the first call for Breath Queen.

But my body had other plans.

A tummy bug came in hot last night. No sleep. Waves of energy swirling through me, & honestly, it felt uncomfortable af. 😳

There was a small part of me that wanted to push through.

But what would I be teaching if I did?

Real-time leadership is being willing to live what you’re asking others to embody.

So today, I have given myself permission to rest & take care of myself.

It wouldn’t be in integrity to hold space when I don’t have the energy & presence I want to give my sisters.

They deserve the very best. 💅🏼

This is the kind of relationship with yourself we cultivate inside Breath Queen:

Learning to listen to your body.
Trust your intuition.
Honour your needs.
Speak your truth.
And stay connected to yourself, even when life feels uncomfortable & challenging.

Because the transformation is ultimately about coming home to yourself with more inner safety, confidence, compassion & trust.

Not learning how to hold everything together..

But learning the art of:

Life is here to initiate you.
You have the choice to either run from it or lean into it.

This isn’t a test of getting it right or wrong.

It’s simply an invitation to experience the polarity of what’s available to you as a human, with a magnificent, powerful heart & soul.

That unease you’re feeling in your system?

Opening yourself up to receive is more
than just a feeling.

Being physically supported, held, & allowing your nervous system to open is what helps you truly receive nourishment & support.

As a Breathwork Facilitator & Somatic Energy Therapist, one of the main pillars in how I hold women is receivership.

Today I found myself in a battle between the noise of the mind & the yearning of my body.

The mind wanted to keep things the same & safe by not changing my routine,
but my body was craving something exciting.

It was yearning for somatic expression.

I couldn’t find my drink bottle, wasn’t happy with my outfit, had trouble finding a park, & was 10 minutes late.

The mind made such a big deal, even though I know deep down none of it was.

What did matter was that I listened to what my body truly desired.

Even with the noise.
Even with the resistance running through me,
I didn’t give in to it.

I gave myself the time, energy & space to dance with the noise — the tension, contortion, opening, softening.

To hold the awareness of being with it all & letting it go with love & compassion.

The mind just wants to keep us safe.

The body wants something deeper — to experience expansion, connection & self-expression.

The more we create space to listen to the yearning of the body, heart & soul,
the easier it becomes to be with the resistance of the mind & the survival patterns.

Keep coming back to your body.
Your breath.
The yearning for curiosity, excitement & something outside of your comfort zone.

This is the heart of Breath Queen Healing Membership.

A space to come home to your body, reconnect with your breath, move through what’s ready to be felt, & create deeper connection with yourself.

The little girl who didn’t know how to be herself fully. Who performed, put on a mask.

Too scared to speak, didn’t want to say the wrong thing.
Didn’t want to be “wrong”
She just wanted everyone else to be happy.

But what about her?
What did she really want & desire?
To be valued, seen, wanted, & heard.

And the woman that you are right now can give this to her. Not for anyone else, but you.

All of those years of searching outside of yourself. To feel something!
To feel complete, whole, content.

Was it ever truly enough?
Were you ever satisfied?

I want you to imagine yourself 6 months from now, where you have given yourself full permission to receive support; which has helped you see yourself from a higher perspective.

To gain clarity on what you truly want in life.
Confidence in who you are being.
Embodiment practices that you’ll get to utilise for the rest of your life.
