Inviting you to a easy flow FEEL GOOD YOGA class next Wed. 1 July from 7:15pm at the Churton Park Community Centre! Beginners welcome! The room will be warmed up to a comfortable 24-25C to help us stay active and focused! The cost is $80 for 5 weeks or $20 for casual classes. We'll be “breath” focused, while “opening” and “correcting“ the body’s alignment and postures . Term 3 begins tomorrow 13 May! Beginners welcome! This is an easy flow HATHA VINYASA YOGA class! Our Term 3 - 75 min Wednesday night classes will begin on 13 May to 10 June from 7:15pm at the Churton Park Community Centre. The cost is $80 for 5 weeks ($16/class x 5) or $20 for single or walk in casual classes. We'll be “breath” focused, while “opening” and “correcting“ the body’s alignment and postures (Hatha).
