Are you approaching your healing journey the wrong way round?
We often rush toward the light when we want to make big changes in our life using affirmations, mantras, positivity hoping they’ll lift us out of pain. But what if the key to true, lasting healing isn’t in adding more light, but first clearing the shadows?
Clearing trauma, unconscious beliefs, and deeply rooted programming is some of the most powerful, life-changing work you can ever do. And the ripple effect doesn’t just touch your health it touches everything: your relationships, your confidence, your energy, even how you experience joy.
Positive thinking and affirmations are beautiful practices. But they can only truly take root in soil that’s been cleared of old weeds.
It’s like painting a house without washing off the grime first. The paint might look fresh for a while, but it won’t last and it won’t feel quite right either.
Clearing those deeper blocks prepares your field. It opens the way for light to actually land, to be received without resistance.
And yes, this work takes time. It takes consistency. It takes dedication. It’s not a one-off fix, but a choice to keep showing up for yourself.
What I see in my clinic: the most profound, lasting results happen when clients commit to the process. When they carve out the space to heal they begin to notice that real change is happening.
Why? Because healing is cumulative.
Each session builds upon the last, gently unwinding the nervous system, dissolving trauma from the body, and resetting your energetic blueprint.
I’ve seen clients who arrive feeling stuck, burnt out, and uncertain… and by the end of their program, they are more grounded, more open, and more at peace than they’ve felt in years. They didn’t get there overnight - but they got there because they committed to themselves to show up and make the changes calling them.
Healing isn’t a destination you arrive at; it’s a layered journey of remembrance and release.
One session, one moment of stillness, and something long-buried can rise.
Like the woman who, during a Harmonic Egg session for trauma, recalled a memory from when she was 2yrs old being inappropriately touched while having her nappy changed. She had no conscious recollection until that moment.
But her body remembered. Her field held it. And it had been standing in the way of what she was trying to heal.
This is why the journey matters.
It’s not about digging forever or reliving the past. It’s about creating space for what’s been unspoken, unseen, unhealed.
When it’s acknowledged, it can be transformed.
Be patient with yourself. This path isn’t linear. It won’t always feel graceful. But it is sacred. And it is worth it.
Let’s clear what no longer serves and make space for the life you’re truly here to live.
