Dear Sauna Club,

Jackie & Braydon are heading off on a well-deserved month-long holiday 🌊☀️

The sauna will be in great hands while they’re away: Lasse is back! Some of you met him last summer, and he’s keen to keep the heat going and the vibes high.

Say hi when you see him. See you soon 🩷

Surfers, take note: sauna isn’t just relaxation, it’s recovery!

We have some exciting news at The Sauna Project. We’re upgrading our booking system!

This new platform will allow us to introduce an interchangeable pass system across The Sauna Project network. Once all of our saunas have migrated to the new system, you’ll be able to buy a concession pass giving you access to all of our sauna locations.

If you have an active concession, gift voucher, existing booking, or discount code, you’ll receive an email with everything you need to access your account on the new system.

Thanks for your patience during the transition. If you have any questions, please get in touch.

Heat, hormones & healing 🌸✨🔥

For woman, sauna can be more than just relaxation. It’s a space to slow down, reconnect, and support both body and mind.
The combination of heat, stillness and deep rest can leave you feeling lighter, calmer and more grounded.
Whether is part of recovery, self-care or simple taking a moment to pause, sauna offers a ritual that nourishes from the inside out.

So grateful for everyone who joined us over the Easter weekend ❤️

From our community to visitors and local businesses, your support means the world. We even broke a new attendance record this weekend, and we owe it all to you.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! ✨
