Love these mantras....thank you 🙏

A few short mantras you could use in your practice, on your walks, before you go to sleep, when you first wake up.

Every cell in my body is healthy and well.

Every cell in my body is loved.

Every cell in my body is nourished and vital.

I am grateful for all my senses that allow me to experience the world at full spectrum.

I love my whole body, my physical home in this lifetime and I am grateful and appreciative for all the miraculous work it does every day for me for a whole lifetime.

I am a unique miraculous creation and I am perfect as I am.

I am a miracle

I fully and completely love myself.

Its a practice and the more we practice the better we become at realising what really matters.

OM AUM
Om is the all encompassing Cosmic
Vibration of The Universe.

The Om (Aum) symbol represents the primordial sound of the universe and is considered the essence of universal consciousness.

It consists of three main curves, a semicircle, and a dot, representing the three-fold division of time and states of consciousness:
A for waking,
U for dreaming, and
M for deep sleep.

The symbol is fundamental in Hindu,
Buddhist, and Jain religions, often chanted
during meditation and at the start or end
of yoga practices.
You can also listen to the chant in order to vibrate higher.
The silence following the chant represents the "Absolute State," or infinite consciousness.

Winter is here!!
but the practise continues, be inspired, be creative, be happy, or just BE....
we show up differently each time we arrive on our mats, emotionally, physically....it's all OK!!...if the old version of you is not giving you what you need
Try a new version.....try something.....it's only our thought patterns stopping us....experiences mould us and help us to grow!!
