What if your “comfortable” position is telling you something?
We spend a lot of our lives moving without consciously thinking about every movement.
How we sit.
How we stand.
Where we put our weight.
Which side we lean towards.
At ConTact C.A.R.E., we pay attention to those positions.
Because the way you naturally seek comfort may give us clues about where your body is seeking pressure.
For example:
Always sitting in a particular way?
Standing and leaning into the same side of a door frame?
Constantly shifting your weight onto one foot?
You don’t necessarily have to consciously think about doing it.
Your body may simply have found a position that feels right.
So instead of asking only:
“Where does it hurt?”
We can also ask:
“How does your body naturally try to get comfortable?”
That may tell us something worth investigating.
ConTact C.A.R.E. — looking at the way your body responds, not just where you feel it.
