This poster is only a simple guide and does not cover everything... but gives a basic guidance of what can be cleared.
What we feel physically is often more to pain than what we see on the surface.
Our bodies hold more than just physical pain.
We also hold emotions, stress, trauma, life experiences, and patterns nit only that we have created but those that have been passed down through whakapapa and generational DNA.
Sometimes a sore back is not just a sore back. Tight hips, aching shoulders, sore legs, or tension in the neck etc, constant injuries to the same place... this may all be connected to stored emotions, experiences, trauma or stresses that have been carried for a long time, not just in your life.
Part of my role is to see these and help identify the areas of imbalance and support the release of what may be causing the blockage. Allowing your physical self to let go from the rest 🤍🤍🤍
