Join us on June 9th at 10:30am for a beautiful 35-minute session designed to leave you feeling grounded, open and renewed.

🧘‍♀️ Begin with 10 minutes of guided breathwork with Bailey
🤍 Flow into a 25 minute full body stretch with Kendall

This class is perfect for anyone needing a little pause, release and self-care heading into the new week. (Great if you would like to add this on after your 9:30am class)

📆Our Term 2 block will be starting on Tuesday the 21st of April.
We encourage signing up for the term to secure your spot, with casual spots also available if numbers allow.
