Mga CKD Warrior, ang inyong kalusugan at kaligtasan ang aming pangunahing prayoridad. Upang masiguro nating swabe at ligtas ang inyong bawat treatment session, narito ang ilang mahahalagang paalala:

โฐ Dumating sa Tamang Oras: Ugaliing dumating 15 hanggang 30 minuto bago ang inyong nakatakdang schedule para sa inisyal na check-up (timbang at blood pressure).

๐Ÿ’Š Gamot at Reseta: Huwag kalimutang inumin ang inyong mga maintenance na gamot ayon sa payo ng ating doktor, at dalhin ang inyong updated na reseta.

๐ŸŽ Bantayan ang Diet at Fluids: Tandaan ang tamang limitasyon sa pag-inom ng tubig at pagbawas sa mga pagkaing mataas sa potassium, phosphorus, at asin.
