A Fresh Chapter Begins

At GoGym, we’re on a mission to make fitness accessible, affordable, and authentic—empowering people to show up for themselves, build healthy habits, and keep going. As we open new locations, we know many of you—especially those who were part of a previous gym in these same spaces—may have questions. We want to address them directly and honestly.
To those who were affected by the previous gym chain’s closure: we hear you.
We understand how painful it is to have paid upfront, trusted a brand, and been left without answers. That frustration is real, and you deserved better—transparency, accountability, and the service you were promised.
That’s why we want to be completely clear:
GoGym is a new company.
Founded in 2022, we are not connected in any way—legally or operationally—to the previous gym’s owners or management. What we have done is taken over a few of the former gym locations and equipment to give these spaces a second life, under a new brand and a new standard of integrity.
You may see familiar faces among the team. That’s because we rehired some of the former staff—not out of convenience, but because we believe in good people. Everyone was hired based on GoGym’s values and underwent our internal screening and training. These individuals didn’t cause the problems of the past. They deserve a chance to continue serving their communities with pride and professionalism.
We want you to know:
This isn’t a reopening. It’s a reinvention.
We’re opening multiple GoGyms with stronger systems, real accountability, and a commitment to doing things right—from Day One. You’ll find consistency, service, and support that reflects our promise.
We also wish we could do more to make up for what you lost. While we legally can’t carry over previous memberships, we’re doing our best to make this transition easier. That’s why we’re offering exclusive reopening discounts and free bonus months for early sign-ups—to help you pick up where you left off, without feeling like you’re starting from scratch.
Since 2022, GoGym has operated five successful branches across Makati and BGC. We’ve built a reputation based on transparency, strong member relationships, and continuous innovation. Our app, flexible payment systems, and professional support team are just part of what makes GoGym different.
If you’ve been let down before, we get it. But this time, you’re not alone.
We’re here for the long run—and we’re ready to move forward with you.
