📢ATTENTION ALL INCOMING FIRST-YEAR STUDENTS, TRANSFEREES, AND OJTs
CTU–Cebu City Mountain Satellite Campus A.Y. 2026-2027.

Alpha Diagnostic Center will conduct Mobile Clinic Services on June 18, 2026 at CTU–Cebu City Mountain Satellite Campus. This activity aims to provide convenient access to the laboratory examinations required for enrollment.

What to Prepare
✅Valid ID (Student ID or any government-issued ID)
✅Payment for the selected medical services
✅Drinking water and light snacks
✅Wear a comfortable, plain, loose-fitting top without zippers, buttons, or metal parts

Medical Requirements for Incoming First-Year Students and Transferees

✅A. Medical Certificate
Must include a complete physical examination report.

📝Note: A Pre-Employment Medical Examination (PEME) issued by a diagnostic center is preferred since it already includes both the physical and medical examination and may serve as a Medical Certificate.

✅B. Chest X-ray (PA View)

📝Note for Pregnant Students:
Pregnant students are exempt from submitting a Chest X-ray result. Instead, they may submit any of the following as proof of pregnancy:

Pregnancy Test Result issued by a diagnostic laboratory
Ultrasound Result
Prenatal Record
Medical Certificate from an Obstetrician

✅C. Complete Blood Count (CBC)

✅D. Drug Test

✅E. Student Health Assessment Form

All incoming first-year students and transferees are requested to answer the online form through the link below:

Please take a screenshot of your completed response and present it upon submission of your medical requirements at the Clinic Office during enrollment.

✅Important Reminder:

You are not required to obtain your medical requirements exclusively from Alpha Diagnostic Center. You may secure your medical requirements from any DOH-accredited laboratory, diagnostic center, or healthcare facility of your choice.

STRONG HEARTS,SAFE CHOICES:HIV,HEART AND ORAL HEALTH SEMINAR A BIG SUCCESS!🩺♥️🦷

This impactful health initiative focused on HIV,heart and oral wellness empowering students to make informed decisions for a healthier future was successfully organized by CTU-CCMSC Clinic ,Gender and Development,Guidance ,Student Affairs Office and Supreme Student Government with the support of the CTU-CCMSC Administration!

Our resource speakers,all representing Cebu City Health Department Office delivered informative and engaging sessions:

Dr. Kimberly Mae Sanchez and Ma'am Marisol Encarnation shared essential insights about HIV awareness covering topics such as transmission prevention,treatment,the importance of regular testing and how to combat stigma .

Dr. Inocencio Limchiu led the oral health awareness program,educating students on proper dental care practices and emphasizing how oral health connects to overall physical well-being.

Beyond insightful talks, CTU-CCMSC Students,Faculty and Staff enjoyed engaging activities coordinated by the office:

✅ Freedom Wall for sharing messages of support and awareness
✅Pinning of red ribbons as a symbol of solidarity againts HIV/AIDS.
✅Free Confidential HIV Testing
✅Distribution of oral hygiene kits to help maintain good dental health

Bantay Leptospirosis!

Alam mo ba? Ang leptospirosis ay isang seryosong sakit na nakukuha sa baha o tubig na kontaminado ng ihi ng daga. Delikado ito lalo na kapag may sugat sa balat!

Mga Sintomas:
Lagnat, sakit ng ulo, pananakit ng tiyan, paninilaw, at hirap sa paghinga.

Agad na magpakonsulta sa health center o doktor kung may sintomas!

May gabay para sa adults at kids kung paano maiiwasan o maagapan ang leptospirosis base sa level ng exposure.

Alamin, Iwasan, at Mag-ingat!

Sa kasalukuyan, wala pang naitatala na kaso ng Nipah Virus sa Pilipinas. Panoorin ang video at alamin ang mahalagang kaalaman tungkol sa sakit na ito para handa at ligtas ang buong pamilya.
