Clean hands save lives. ✨

Hand hygiene is one of the simplest yet most powerful ways to prevent the spread of infections and protect patients, healthcare workers, and our community.

Proper handwashing helps reduce harmful germs, promotes patient safety, and reminds us that every touch comes with responsibility and care. 🩺🫶

“Behind every clean hand is a commitment to safe and quality healthcare.”

Jesus of Nazareth Hospital holds this event to remind everyone that proper hand hygiene is essential in preventing infections, protecting lives, and promoting patient safety.

Through this celebration of Hand Hygiene Day 2026, we continue to encourage healthcare workers, patients, and the community to practice clean hands as part of quality and compassionate healthcare. 🫶✨

08/05/2026

The cutting of the ribbon officially marks our celebration of Hand Hygiene Day 2026.
With us are our Medical Director, Dr. Libio Macatangay, Hospital Administrator Dra. Rachel Dominguez, Infection Control Consultant Dra. M. Almero, and our very own Dra. M. Mangubat.
As we celebrate this meaningful day, let us never forget that even the smallest act of hand hygiene can help save the lives of our patients. Clean hands truly save lives. 🖐️✨

A great leader never stops learning—and never stops wanting to learn.

Skills matter, but growth mindset matters more.

In the Nursing Service, we learn, share, and uplift each other—because every update, every lesson, and every collaboration leads to one goal: safer patient care. 💙

Together, we grow. Together, we protect. Together, we save lives.

❓ Bakit hindi “first come, first serve” sa Emergency Room (ER)?

🟡 Less urgent – puwedeng maghintay sandali

🟢 Non-urgent – maaaring mas matagal ang hintayan

❤️ Mahalagang tandaan:

We nurses never stop learning.

We update our patient’s condition, we assess, we act, and we adjust.

We give our best shot every single shift — kahit pagod, kahit puyat, kahit 24/7 ang laban.

Because that’s what we do.

That’s who we are.

That’s why we’re called NURSES.

The heart, the strength, and the calm in every storm. 💙👩‍⚕️👨‍⚕️
