YAKAP PHILHEALTH. For your guidance
PhilHealth YAKAP (Yaman ng Kalusugan Program) provides free outpatient services and medicine (up to ₱20,000/year) to registered members.
Registration can be done via
🩷 eGovPH app
🩷 PhilHealth Member Portal
🩷 by visiting an accredited YAKAP clinic or Local Health Insurance Office (LHIO).
How to Register for PhilHealth YAKAP
1. Online Registration
✅ eGovPH App: Download the app, create an account, navigate to PhilHealth services, select "YAKAP Registration," and choose your preferred clinic.
✅ PhilHealth Member Portal:
Log in to the member portal to update records and select a YAKAP provider.
Note: As of March 1, 2026, the old My PhilHealth Portal (MPP) registration module is replaced by the eGov Super App or PhilHealth Member Portal for selecting PC clinics.
2. In-Person Registration (Walk-in)
✅ Visit the nearest PhilHealth Local Health Insurance Office (LHIO) or an accredited YAKAP facility/clinic.
🩷Bring a valid ID and your
🩷PhilHealth Member Registration Form (PMRF).
Key Details for YAKAP
Requirements: You must have an active PhilHealth Number (PIN).
If you don't, you can apply for one during the registration process.
Clinic Selection: You must choose a specific accredited YAKAP clinic (formerly Konsulta provider) for your primary care.
Benefits: Covers outpatient consultation, laboratory tests, and medicines
(up to ₱20,000 per year).
Validity: Registration must be renewed if you do not have a first patient encounter within the year.
