To achieve the recommended 8-10 hours a day, may times na ipatong ang graded eyeglasses over the ionspec.
Sa mga matataas po ang grado ng mata pwedeng pwede nyo xa gayahin kung gusto nyo din po n bumaba ang grado at makabasa na ang gamit n salamin ay walang grado.

Pero kaibigan hindi po sya magic n pag kasuot mu agad mawawala ung problema sa mata,wala pong ganun ha, nasa tamang pg gamit at pag suot po yan wag po kyo magtaka kung matagal ang effect s inyo kasi bka po di nyo ginagamit o sinusuot. 8-10hrs a day po sa best result at hintyin nyo din po ng ilang weeks or months ... Obserbahan nyo din po ung unti unting pagbabago gamit ng ating Ionspec kaya bago magduda subukan mo ng mapatunayan
