• Para ma-clear ko yung mind ko before the day starts, kasi pag gising pa lang ang dami nang thoughts na minsan nakaka-overwhelm

• It helps me organize what I’m feeling and what I need to focus on for the day

• Instead of starting my day with pressure or worries, I choose to start with gratitude like paalala sa sarili ko na may good things pa rin kahit may challenges

• It makes me more present and intentional, hindi lang ako basta dumadaan sa araw, I actually show up for it

• Over time, naging grounding habit siya for me. small practice pero malaking effect sa mindset and emotions
