LOON, BOHOL โ€” A significant milestone in the continuing pursuit of accessible and quality healthcare was marked yesterday, July 30, 2026 as the Loon Super Health Center was formally turned over, blessed, and inaugurated, bringing essential health services closer to every Loonanon.

The momentous ceremony was led by the municipalityโ€™s health-oriented local chief executive, Hon. Dr. Mayor Yul Lopez, whose administration continues to emphasize healthcare as a fundamental priority for the people of Loon.

The event was graced by Congressman โ€œBabaโ€ Yap, who expressed his full support and committed to helping ensure that the Super Health Center will be equipped with additional facilities and equipment to further expand its services. Also present to express their support were representatives from the Office of Governor Erico Aristotle โ€œArisโ€ Aumentado and the DOH CV- CHD Regional Director Dr. Joshua Brillantes represented by our DMO IV Sir Pacholo Alcantara, as well as LGU officials with Vice Mayor Pedro Literatus Jr., RHU 1 led by Dr. Maria Victoria Lamparas and RHU 2 personnel led by Dr. Shannen Jay O. Langcamon, CNCCMH Chief of Hospital Dr. Norangel Carreon, barangay officials of Brgy. Moto Sur, and other guests and partners who shared in this important milestone.

The inauguration stands as more than the opening of a health facilityโ€”it is a statement of commitment.
