This patient had been struggling with infertility for years before finally conceiving. However, her pregnancy was far from easy. She was managed as a case of Antiphospholipid Antibody Syndrome (APAS) and later developed severe pre-eclampsia, requiring close monitoring and ultimately preterm delivery.

While her recovery post-partum was successful, her baby had to stay in the NICU for several weeks, receiving specialized care and support. Now, we are overjoyed to share a beautiful outcome: her baby is healthy, thriving, and doing very well!

This journey is a powerful reminder that even the most difficult pregnancies can lead to hopeful outcomes with proper care, timely intervention, and perseverance.

This baby’s mother was initially referred for fertility evaluation and later found to have Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE), an autoimmune condition that may affect fertility and pregnancy due to inflammation and challenges with implantation. In some cases, SLE can make conception more difficult, but with close monitoring, proper hormonal support, and anti-inflammatory management, her condition was carefully stabilized.

After a few months of treatment and consistent follow-up, she was able to conceive successfully.

This Mother’s Day, we honor stories of strength, patience, and perseverance.

This patient, a true PCOS warrior, came to us with the hope of expanding her family after trying for 2 years. Her evaluation revealed multiple fertility challenges, including PCOS, a blocked fallopian tube, and male factor infertility.

With proper hormonal correction, careful management, and a few cycles of ovulation induction, she was finally able to conceive. Today, she is not only a mother of one, but is now joyfully celebrating the safe arrival of her second beautiful baby.
