Job Title: Professional Caregiver
Role Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to provide high-quality, personalized home-based care. You will assist clients with daily activities, monitor their health, and ensure a safe, dignified, and comfortable environment.
Key Qualifications
•Certification: Must hold a valid TESDA NC II in Caregiving.
•Experience: At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in home health or geriatric care.
•Documentation: Must provide a valid, current NBI Clearance.
•Skills: Proficiency in vital signs monitoring, basic first aid, mobility assistance, and medication management.
•Communication: Fluent in English and the local dialect.
•Character: Demonstrates high levels of patience, empathy, integrity, and professional boundaries.
•Reliability: Must have a proven track record of punctuality and commitment to care schedules.
Core Responsibilities
•Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and mobility.
•Administer medication and monitor health conditions according to the care plan.
•Prepare nutritious meals and maintain a clean, safe living environment.
•Provide emotional support and companionship.
•Maintain accurate daily logs and communicate changes in the client’s condition to management.
