Small and marvellous, such is the port that braves a river and the sea at the same time...and such is what this estuary's Seaver Port does when it’s not mooring a sizeable ferry, deploying river cruisers with live or bloodstock for healthy grazing, receiving petroleum allocations or transloading silt and other sediments from its main dredgers assigned to combat channel clogging in the waterway of

the Cagayan de Oro River. Habitat restoration for marine species would be a positive and inevitable outcome so dive boats are more than welcome to be part of the attraction.
