Mat & Socials is our first step. Our now official outdoor Pilates series—created to bring you curated experiences together with the brands we love.

Congratulations, Coach Jurs and Coach Maezie! 🤍🤎

Three days of learning, refining, and deepening your practice… all with one purpose: to better serve our wellness community back home.

As we prepare to launch our Mat Pilates program, we knew we wanted to build it on a strong foundation. That’s why we invested in bringing our coaches to Manila for a specialized Pilates training, equipping them with the knowledge, confidence, and skills to guide every class with intention and care.

From Balanced Body with Coach Mary, to STOTT training with Coach Tina, and now Mat Pilates training with Coach Maezie and Coach Jurs. We always make sure we pour our dedication and commitment to show up for YOU, and we can’t wait for our community to experience everything we’ve learned.
