1. IN- PATIENT SERVICES AND SPECIAL PROCEDURE
A. HOSPITALIZATION BENEFITS
• Room & Board
• Professional services of an accredited doctor or specialist.
• Use of medical or surgical facilities and equipment, operating room and recovery room, intensive care unit, dialysis and chemotherapy equipment.
• Laboratory test, X-ray , and other prescribed diagnostic or therapeutic procedures
• Prescribed drug and medication used in hospital.
• Dressing, Plaster cast and other medical supplies.
• Administration of anesthesia or oxygen.
• Transfusion of hospital-provided whole blood or plasma.
B. SPECIAL PROCEDURES
• XRAY
• Ultrasound
• Basic Mammography
• Treadmill test and/or 2D echocardiography
• CT Scan

• Nuclear Test
