LEPTOSPIROSIS AWARENESS 🦠🌧️

Alam mo ba? Mas mataas ang risk ng leptospirosis pagkatapos ng malakas na ulan at pagbaha, lalo na kapag nakalublob sa baha o maruming tubig na maaaring contaminated ng ihi ng infected animals, gaya ng daga. 🐀

⚠️ Mga sintomas na dapat bantayan:
• Mataas na lagnat
• Matinding sakit ng ulo
• Muscle pain, lalo na sa binti at likod
• Pagsusuka o pagduduwal
• Pamumula ng mata
• Sa severe cases, maaaring magkaroon ng jaundice at organ complications

🛡️ Prevention is better than cure!
Iwasang lumusong sa baha kung maaari. Kung unavoidable, gumamit ng boots at protective gear, panatilihing malinis ang paligid, at maghugas agad pagkatapos ma-expose sa floodwater.

Kung nagkaroon ka ng lagnat o pananakit ng katawan matapos ma-expose sa baha, magpatingin agad.
