Akala ko before gusto ko lang pumayat. But along the way, narealize ko na namiss ko rin pala yung feeling na magaan katawan ko, less bloated, mas okay energy ko, and mas confident ulit sa sarili ko.
Honestly, wala naman akong super drastic na ginawa. I simply started the Feel Great System with 2 products and 1 practice — then consistency lang every day.
No diet, no extreme workouts. Just better timing, a healthier relationship with food, and consistency (pansin mo inulit ko to? 😉) I lost 12 kgs in 4 months and na-maintain ko na siya for more than a year now.
