What a weekend.

The Daily ReWILD had such a great time being part of MarketFest PH at Pavilion Mall, Biñan.

More than the booth, the products, or the event itself, what we enjoyed most was the people.

The conversations.
The curiosity.
The local brands.
The stories behind what people are building.
And the simple energy of a community showing up for one another.

For us, this is what ReWILD is also about.

Not just food.
Not just health.

But creating stronger communities where people can learn, connect, support local, and make better choices together.

We’re grateful to everyone who stopped by, said hello, asked questions, shared stories, and spent part of the weekend with us.

And to Marketfest PH , thank you for creating a space where local entrepreneurs, families, and communities can come together.

Real food. Real people. Real change.

See you at the next one.

A night celebrating Filipino stories and the next generation of storytellers! 🎬🇵🇭

The Daily ReWILD was grateful to be part of the FAMAS Short Film Festival 2026.

What inspired us most was the passion, creativity, and courage of young Filipino filmmakers to tell stories that matter.

At The Daily ReWILD, we believe meaningful change starts with the courage to challenge what’s familiar, reconnect with what matters, and create something better.

Whether through film, health, or community, that same spirit drives change.

Thank you, FAMAS Short Film Festival , Director Gabby Ramos , and the entire team for giving Filipino voices a platform to shine.

To all the filmmakers and storytellers—keep creating, keep inspiring!

If cravings keep winning, maybe willpower isn’t the real problem.

A lot of people know what they should eat.
But knowing isn’t always enough when stress, habits, emotions, and cravings take over.

That’s exactly what we’ll unpack in our upcoming Clarity Session with Coach Jan Renault.
If you’re tired of the cycle of trying to “be good,” slipping, then starting over again, this conversation may help you understand what’s really going on.

Before you give in to your next craving, ask yourself one question:
“Why do I want this right now?”

Not “Am I allowed to eat this?”
Not “How many calories is this?”
Not “Do I have enough willpower?”

Why do I want it?

That question can completely change the conversation you have with food.

Today at 3:00 PM, Coach Jan Renault will unpack this at MARKETFEST PH:

Your next food choice today — pause for 10 seconds.

That’s it.

No calorie counting.
No complicated rules.
No trying to be perfect.

Before you eat, just pause and ask:

“Is this real food?”

Then ask:

“Do I recognize what I’m actually eating?”

You don’t need to overhaul your whole day.

Just make ONE real-food upgrade.

Maybe:

Water instead of a sugary drink.
Eggs instead of a pastry.
Fruit instead of candy.
A proper meal instead of another packaged snack.

Then notice what happens.

How satisfied do you feel?

How’s your energy afterward?

Do you still want to keep eating?

The goal isn’t to judge the choice.

The goal is to become more aware of it.

One pause.
One question.
One real-food choice.
Then notice how you feel.

ReWILD one choice at a time.

If dieting actually solved your cravings… why do you keep having to start another diet?

Think about it.
You restrict.
You do well for a while.
A craving hits.
You give in.
You feel guilty.
Then you promise to “do better” again.

That cycle is the problem.

Tomorrow, Coach Jan Renault takes the stage at MARKETFEST PH to talk about cravings, food psychology, and a different path toward lasting change.

“Ano ang bawal?”

No rice?
No sugar?
No carbs?
No dessert?

What if we changed the question?

Instead of asking:

“Ano ang bawal?”

Try asking:

“Ano ang kailangan ng katawan ko?”

Does this meal have enough protein?

Where are the vegetables?

Am I getting real, nourishing food?

Have I had enough water?

Will this actually give my body what it needs to feel energized, satisfied, and supported?

Healthy eating doesn’t always have to begin with restriction.

Sometimes it begins with nourishment.

Build your plate around what your body needs first.

And over time, you may find that the foods that don’t serve you simply start taking up less space.

That’s a very different way of looking at food.

Not:

“What can’t I eat?”

But:

“How can I nourish myself better?”

That shift is part of what it means to ReWILD.

To reconnect with your body instead of constantly fighting it.

If cravings keep beating you, stop blaming willpower. Your strategy is broken.

You already know what you’re “supposed” to eat.
You’ve probably tried cutting things out.
Being stricter.
Starting again on Monday.

Yet the cravings come back.

Maybe the answer isn’t more restriction.

This Saturday at MARKETFEST PH, join Coach Jan Renault, Food Relationship Coach and Certified WILDFIT® Coach, for:

CURB YOUR CRAVINGS
