PRECISIONCARE PREMIUM is a single-use health plan that provides ₱60,000 ABL coverage for outpatient emergency care due to viral and bacterial conditions, as well as treatment of injuries caused by accidents (excluding stroke-related injuries).
Members can access care from 600+ accredited hospitals nationwide, excluding the following premium hospitals: Makati Medical Center, St. Luke's Medical Center – Quezon City and BGC, Asian Hospital, The Medical City, Cardinal Santos Medical Center, Manila Adventist Medical Center, Notre Dame de Chartres Hospital, and Philippine Orthopedic Institute.
The plan also includes unlimited outpatient consultations at Hi-Precision for one (1) year with General Physicians and Family Medicine specialists, along with outpatient laboratory procedures subject to a ₱15,000 annual inner limit.

Consultations for pre-existing conditions not requiring emergency attention

Referrals or request should be only from Hi-Precision Doctors
All procedures available in Hi-Precision within ₱15,000 annual inner limits
