The University of Southern Mindanao - Student Peer Facilitators Organization (USM-SPFO) is now accepting applications for CHS students who are passionate about service, leadership, personal growth, and supporting the well-being not just in their patients but also in their fellow students.

If you believe that leadership is not only about taking the lead but also about listening, understanding, and serving others, then this may be your opportunity to step forward. 💚

📌 WHO CAN APPLY?
✅ Bonafide USM student
✅ Must be a 2nd year student for 3-year programs.
✅ Must be a 2nd or 3rd year student for 4-year programs.
✅ Must be a 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year student for 5–6 year programs.
✅ Must be a graduate of the Group Growth Program (GGP).

📌 APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS (Submit in IMAGE or PDF format)
✿⁠ A.Y. 2025–2026 1st and 2nd Semester Grades.
✿⁠ Application Letter addressed to the College Guidance Counselors.
✿⁠ Proof of Group Growth Program (GGP) Graduation (Certificate).

📄 Complete Your Requirements: You must present your Complete Laboratory Results along with all other specific documents required by your College or Program. Incomplete requirements, No interview.

The USM - Office of Student Affairs, together with the USM - Hospital hosted the YAKAP enrollment and medical-dental check-up service to our level 1-3 students on Friday, November 21 at the CHS-AVR.

Thank you to all CHS students who participated in this initiative! 🩺🦷 Your commitment to health and wellness made the event a success. A caring heart also needs to receive a warm hug, a YAKAP! Together, we continue to build a stronger, healthier CHS community. 💙🌱
