SGH successfully conducted the Meeting and Orientation for Medical Staff and Consultants at the SGH Auditorium last June 03, 2026, bringing together our dedicated healthcare professionals, department heads, and consultants for an informative and meaningful gathering.
The orientation, spearheaded by the Office of the Chief Medical Professional Staff headed by Dr. Nena S. Lingayon, provided a comprehensive discussion on the institutionโs 5-Year Development Roadmap, including strategic goals aimed at improving healthcare delivery, patient safety, operational efficiency, and community health services. Participants were also oriented on the objectives, duties, and responsibilities of the medical staff, alongside important updates on Human Resource Management policies, billing and claims procedures, and referral systems and process flows across various departments to ensure smoother coordination of patient care.
Dr. Leila F. Quidilla, Medical Center Chief I, emphasized the importance of collaboration, professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement in achieving the hospitalโs mission of delivering accessible, efficient, and patient-centered healthcare services.
The gathering also served as an avenue to reinforce teamwork, strengthen communication among departments, and align all healthcare professionals with the institutionโs vision and goals.
