April 2024 changed my life forever.
I was diagnosed with cancer.
No words can fully explain the fear, the pain, and the uncertainty that came with it. There were days I felt weak, exhausted, and emotionally drained. But one thing I promised myself was this… I will fight for my health, for my family, and for the life God still wants me to live.
My healing journey taught me that health is not something we should take for granted. Alongside my treatments, I became intentional with how I cared for my body. I started eating better, sleeping properly, protecting my peace, and nourishing myself from the inside.
And one of the things that truly helped me during my recovery journey was Intra. It became part of my daily routine and helped me feel alive again — stronger, more energized, and more hopeful each day.
To everyone reading this… please take care of yourself.
Stop abusing your body like it will always recover overnight. Your health is your responsibility.
Investing in your health is NOT an expense. It is one of the purest forms of love — especially for your children and the people who depend on you. Because when you protect your health, you protect the future moments you still get to spend with them.
Your body is talking to you every day. Listen before it starts screaming.
