There are things we can never go back to because we conquered them together!

They say you can’t go back to the beginning, and honestly, why would we want to? Looking back over these 11 years, I see two people who took on the world side-by-side. Through the "thick and thin"—the literal challenges and the greatest joys—we didn't just survive; we grew.

Every hurdle we faced became a bridge to where we are now. We aren't those same kids who started dating over a decade ago; we are a team that has been forged through experience. I’m so proud of the life we’ve built and the strength we’ve found in one another.

To more years, my love. Here is to the mountains we’ve climbed and the ones we’ve yet to conquer!

I don't usually lead with this. But if I'm going to talk about health and habits honestly, you need to know where I came from.

I was a man on drugs. Every night, I was out — drinking, getting drunk, making choices I'm not proud of. I stopped smoking in 2006, but replaced it with w**d by 2008. I slept at 4 in the morning. I ate whatever I wanted, whenever I wanted. I didn't think twice about my body.

I didn't care. Not about my health. Not about tomorrow.

And the painful truth? I had already met Christ. I had already been baptized. And still — I walked back into everything I came from.

I share this not because I'm proud of it. I share it because there might be someone reading this who feels too far gone to change. Who thinks their history disqualifies them from a different future.

It doesn't.

The distance between who we were and who we are becoming is exactly where grace does its greatest work. And if God can work with someone as stubborn as me — He can work with you.

I'm TONIO. And this is where my real story starts.

The cost of getting healthy is real. I will not pretend otherwise.

Carnivore is not the cheapest way to eat. Peptides are an investment. Habits take time, money, and energy that could easily go somewhere else. I started this journey at 87 kg in November 2025, and every step of it — the diet, the research, the peptides I accessed at Slimique.ph and El Roi Aesthetic and Wellness Lounge — came with a price tag. Nobody who is honest about this will tell you otherwise.

But here is what I have learned, and what I now carry into my pursuit of a lifestyle coaching certification so I can say it to others with full conviction: diet and health might have a cost, but so does being sick. Medical bills, lost energy, missed moments with the people who need you present — those are expensive too, just in ways we do not always calculate upfront. I chose to pay now, on my terms, rather than later when I have no choice.

Today, I stand at 71 kg — the lightest I have been since 2006, still on carnivore, still doing workouts 3 to 6 times a week, and more alive than I have felt in years. This was never just about weight. It was about showing up — for my wife, my child, and the life God still has ahead of me. The investment was worth it. It always is.
