Thereโ€™s an area of my life right now thatโ€™s being deeply challenged โ€” and I know there are lessons Iโ€™m still being asked to learn through it. Sometimes healing is simply about showing upโ€ฆ despite the heaviness, despite the uncertainty, despite everything.

So I showed up and I did a Bio-Well Aura Scan with Sir Chico, and afterward, I decided to scan myself too. And honestlyโ€ฆ despite whatโ€™s happening in my physical 3D world right now, energetically, my results showed something beautiful:
balance,
regulated stress levels,
and alignment.

Maybe healing doesnโ€™t always mean the storm is gone.
Maybe sometimes it means your spirit is learning how to remain grounded while the storm is still passing.

And I think thatโ€™s where I am right now.

Last Saturday & Tuesday, we facilitated an ๐—œ๐—ป๐˜๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป๐—ฎ๐—น ๐—ช๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐—ธ๐—ฝ๐—น๐—ฎ๐—ฐ๐—ฒ ๐—ช๐—ฒ๐—น๐—น๐—ป๐—ฒ๐˜€๐˜€ & ๐—ฅ๐—ฒ๐˜€๐—ฒ๐˜ session for the teams of Love & Styles Roxas and Quirino branches before opening their doors for the day at 9AM.

What impressed me most was seeing Maโ€™am Tina, the owner, intentionally create space not only for productivity โ€” but for regulation, grounding, and care for the people who serve her clients every day.

Our morning included:
-gratitude prayer and intention setting
-energetic space cleansing using frankincense tears, palo santo, and practices inspired by Pranic Healing
-grounding and nervous system regulation
-breathwork and short meditation
-crystal intention ritual
-20-minute sound healing session for calm, clarity, and emotional reset
