Magpahigayon kita og Mobile Blood Donation aron makatabang sa atong mga igsoon nga nagkinahanglan og dugo—emergency man, operasyon, pagpanganak, mga pasyente nga adunay seryosong sakit, o simpleng pundo alang sa atong pamilya...

❤️ Mga Benepisyo sa Pagdonar og Dugo:
✔️ Makaluwas og kinabuhi
✔️ Libre nga basic health screening (BP, hemoglobin, etc.)
✔️ Makatabang sa pagpaayo sa blood circulation
✔️ Makapamenos sa risk sa heart disease
✔️ Makahatag og kalipay tungod kay nakatabang ka sa uban

Ang usa ka bag nga dugo makaluwas og hangtod 3 ka kinabuhi!

📌 Preparasyon sa mga gusto mo-donate:
• Pagkatulog og sakto (at least 6–8 hours)
• Kaon og tarong bago moadto
• Inom og daghang tubig

Today, we assisted the deworming program of BUCA INTEGRATED SCHOOL to help protect our learners from intestinal worms that may affect their health, nutrition, growth, and school performance.

Through the cooperation of our school teachers, parents, and learners, we continue to promote a healthier and stronger community.

• Cleft Lip Surgery (Bungi sa ngabil)
• Hernia Surgery (Luslos)

📋 Check-up / Surgical Screening
Ang tanan nga gustong magpa-opera kinahanglan una moagi og check-up o surgical screening sa OPD gikan 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Schedule sa screening:
• Huwebes – para sa Bilateral Tubal Ligation
• Martes, Miyerkules, Biyernes – alang sa ubang surgical cases

Ang atong mga surgeons maoy mo-assess kung kwalipikado ba ang pasyente sa libre nga operasyon pinaagi sa Jerome Foundation.

It helps identify gaps, validate supporting documents (Means of Verification or MOVs), and ensure readiness for the actual verification process. The PMNP-IS supports the monitoring of nutrition interventions for pregnant women and children under five years old, improving data quality and program implementation.

Pagtambong sa General PTA Meeting sa Buca Integrated School aron maghatag og mga health updates ngadto sa mga ginikanan ug tig-atiman sa mga estudyante.

Gipahibalo ang umaabot nga School-Based Deworming ug School-Based Immunization Program, lakip ang kahinungdanon niini sa pagpanalipod sa kahimsog sa mga bata batok sa mga sakit ug sa pagpalambo sa ilang pagtubo ug pagkat-on.

Gipasabot usab ang iskedyul sa mga programa, ang proseso sa pagkuha sa parental consent, ug gitubag ang mga pangutana ug kabalaka sa mga ginikanan aron mapalig-on ang ilang pagsalig ug kooperasyon.

Pinaagi niini nga kalihokan, napalig-on ang panagtinabangay sa sektor sa panglawas, eskwelahan, ug komunidad alang sa kaayohan sa tanang mga estudyante.

DOH: Panatilihing Kontrolado ang Blood Sugar Para Maiwasan ang mga Komplikasyon

Ang diabetes ay maaaring magdulot ng mga seryosong komplikasyon tulad ng sakit sa puso, pagkasira ng bato, at pagkabulag.

Kaya mahalagang mapanatiling kontrolado ang blood sugar upang maiwasan ang mga ito. Kumain ng masustansyang pagkain, regular na mag-ehersisyo, inumin ang maintenance na gamot ayon sa payo ng doktor, at regular na magpakonsulta sa inyong healthcare provider.

Magtungo sa pinakamalapit na health center upang magpa-diabe-TEST.
